Details of the Role
Are you a passionate and creative educator looking to inspire the next generation of artists and designers? The Kingsway School is seeking a dynamic and innovative Middle School Teacher of Art and Design Technology to join our thriving secondary school. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to teach across both subject areas, with a balanced 50/50 timetable split between Art and Design Technology.
As a member of our creative faculty, you will deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in both Art and Design Technology to students across Key Stages 3. You will foster a love of creativity, problem-solving, and independent thinking, while supporting students in developing both practical and theoretical skills.
We are looking for someone who can make a real impact within our team bringing new ideas and experiences along with them. The successful candidate will inspire students to get involved in creative pursuits, contribute to the development of our extra-curricular provision and can lead in the classroom creating and teaching innovative lessons that inspire our young people to explore and communicate their ideas through visual medium.
